About:
I was born in Cleveland area and grew up in the city of Berea. Living here all my life, I have always been inspired by the many parks that the Metropark system has provided. It has always created a passion in me to create. I always knew I wanted to design and be able to see my work in use.
When I graduated from high school, I went off to the
University of Akron to try my hand at engineering. Then I changed my major to computer programming. As with most college students, I found that maybe my calling was not in such a technical area. So after that year, I decided to follow my desires and go into the graphic arts. I chose
Tri-C to further my education.
Upon entering the
Visual Communications program, I finally found what I wanted to do. I took on the major of Interactive Media and graduated in the Spring of 2006 with a Associates degree. When asked about spending 4 years for a 2-year degree, my answer is that I don't mind the time it took for me to get to this point in my education. I feel this extra time has helped me to really decide where my interests actually lie.
Upon graduation I plan to continue learning what I can in my field and to search for a job.
